We've chosen to use the Training Peaks platform for all our online coaching clients and our training programs.
On your account, you can view and edit all of your scheduled workouts.
Training Peaks allows you to seamlessly link your GPS tech to your account, meaning your workout automatically uploads for you and your coach to see.
It also lets us analyse your workout results in detail, week after week, meaning we can effectively track your progress.
Training Peaks is available online and on a mobile app. Your online coaching package includes a premium account subscription.
